No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances.

Open to legal residents of New York State, age 21+ at time of entry.
When does entry close?
The entry period ends June 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
When are winners selected?
Winners will be drawn at random on or about June 2, 2026.
How many winners are there?
Nine (9) winners total — one winner per prize item.
How does my “preferred prize” selection work?
When you enter, you’ll select one preferred item (and a size if applicable). We’ll run a separate random drawing for each item from the eligible entries that selected that item.
Can I win more than one prize?
No. Limit one (1) prize per person/email address.
How many times can I enter?
One (1) entry per person/email address during the entry period.
How will I know if I won?
We’ll notify winners by email. If a winner doesn’t respond within 48 hours, we may select an alternate.
How will prizes be delivered?
Prizes will be sourced from Isles Laband shipped to winners after eligibility is confirmed and a mailing address is collected.

How it works
1) Enter your email (one entry per person).
2) Select your preferred prize from the list above.
3) Nine winners will be selected (one per prize item). Choose your preferred item when you enter.
4) We’ll randomly draw winners after the entry period ends. If you win, we’ll email you with next steps.

Official Rules
THE PINOT PROJECT x ISLANDERS SWAG SWEEPSTAKES — OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1) Sponsor
The sponsor of this sweepstakes is Skurnik Wines & Spirits (“Sponsor”).
2) Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of New York State who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside New York and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families/households are not eligible.
3) Entry Period
The sweepstakes begins February 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends June 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4) How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
During the Entry Period, visit ThePinotProject.com/islanders and complete the entry form by providing your email address and selecting a preferred prize item (and size if applicable).
Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address during the Entry Period. Entries that are incomplete or submitted through automated means (bots, scripts, etc.) may be disqualified.

6) Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7) Winner Selection and Notification
On or about June 2, 2026, Sponsor will conduct nine (9) random drawings from among all eligible entries.
If the selected entrant for a given prize (a) is ineligible, (b) does not respond within 48 hours (or the email is returned undeliverable), or (c) declines the prize, Sponsor will select an alternate winner for that same prize by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that item.
Limit one (1) prize per person/email address. If an entrant is selected as a potential winner for more than one prize, Sponsor will award only the first prize drawn and will redraw for the other prize(s).
8) Prize Conditions; Substitution
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize (or size) is unavailable. Sponsor is not responsible for prize quality, warranty, or fulfillment issues attributable to third parties.
9) Taxes
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (if any) associated with prize acceptance and use.
10) Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11) Release of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt/use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) technical failures; (b) unauthorized intervention; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) errors in administration; (e) injury or damage to persons or property.
12) General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

All issues concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any dispute shall be in state or federal courts located in New York State.
